Your Displayed Size Chart Is Very Confusing. Please Explain.

We offer free standard shipping to the United States. We do not offer overnight or express shipping on any clothing, shoe, or accessory item at this time. 
Boutique Of Toi does offer international shipping. We have a $20 or free if your order is over $100 per International Shipping Order. If we do not ship to your country you will be notified in checkout before your purchase is made.
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. We will you an email that includes when your package has been shipped, when your package is out for delivery, and when you have received your package. If you do not receive these emails feel free to contact customer service here.

How Long Does It Take To Process And Ship An Order?
Processing takes up to 48 hrs. Shipping time is 3-5 business days in the USA. International shipping varies based on destination. Typically, 5-12 business days for international.What shipping carrier do you use? We ship with United States Postal Service (USPS) and DHL. 
Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?
Currently we do not offer expedited shipping. All shipping will be standard, 3-5 business days in USA and 5-12 business days for international.
Do You Offer Returns And/Or Exchanges?
We offer returns within 15 business days from receive of delivery. If it is our error, then we will pay for shipping back to us. Otherwise, buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Exchanges are based on availability of stock. You are only allowed an exchange with a price equivalent item. Exchanges and Returns are handled through Customer Service via email and a recorded phone call to have on file for our comprehension.

Your credit card will be charged once your order is processed to ship.

Please note that once credit card authorization is received, depending on your bank, the funds may be reserved up to 30 days. Please check your bank's policy. If you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations on daily withdrawal amounts on your card. Boutique Of Toi reserves the right to request additional identification. If necessary, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
You will receive an error message immediately if there is a problem with processing your credit card. You'll have the opportunity to enter a new card number if this happens.
Why Was My Order Canceled?
  • Boutique Of Toi was unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically cancelled.
  • If your order has been cancelled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards, create a new order using the correct billing address.
  • If we are out of stock and our site did not notify us of that, we will refund your money back to you asap and cancel your order.
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
